Dusk. The long red rays of the sun tint the corrugated metal. Normally I would not like the big shadow in the foreground climbing up the brickwork and the fence, but it is well counter-balanced visually by the dark building in the upper left corner. So the shadow denotes silence and stillness at the end of the day. The ramshackle and abiding structure of the fence, brick gatehouse, and gate with the serpentine warp in the corrugated metal.
I love the darkening sky and the tufts of fluffy clouds above the rooftops. Great color and composition.
