A gorgeous still life. I’m not sure what Delta means when she says that love does not occur, it happens, but as I look at this beautiful image, I am reminded of Alfred Lord Tennyson’s poem, Flower In The Crannied Wall:
FLOWER in the crannied wall,
I pluck you out of the crannies,
I hold you here, root and all, in my hand,
Little flower—but if I could understand
What you are, root and all, and all in all,
I should know what God and man is.
Esmerelda by Ben Howard (Thanks to Ashley C. for introducing me to him. Great song & video!)
Neither did I Knox, but somehow it felt right for this image. Thank you
