You’ll have to go to YouTube to see this movie, Walkabout, of which Leon’s pictures reminded me. I saw it in San Francisco in the early seventies, so I haven’t seen it in fifty years. I remember it being quite good. It was directed by Nicholas Roeg, who went on to direct The Man Who Fell To Earth, starring you-know-who. I miss movies like this.
