Thanks Elizabeth – you are so right – this was extremely hard to do as the cat is a wee kitten and doesn’t keep still for a moment! This is a Hipstamatic shot and every now and then I’ll get a Hipsta shot with astounding detail, lighting and colour. On the full hi-res version you can clearly see the texture on the nose. This is one of those shots that came out great from a stack of duds!
Ha! My cat is a 17 year old bitchy old thing, who knows damn well I’d like her cooperation and flatly refuses to give it. ;-) (I love her no less because of this)
I haven’t yet bought the Hipstamatic app…after seeing this shot, though, I just might…it’s incredible, truly. (as is the feline…GORGEOUS!)

Amazing shot, Andrew! I have yet to have any success in capturing an interesting image of my cat…easier said than done!
