It is Battersea Powerstation in London. On the south of The Embankment opposite Chelsea area. I have always wanted to take a nice image of it so got up at 4.30am one Saturday morning to get it at sunrise for my iCon book project.
It was made famous by Pink Floyd who put an inflateable giant PIG balloon over it for the album cover of their 1977 opus, ANIMALS. The balloon broke free of its moorings and the pig went up in to the flight path of Heathrow airport.
