The Art of the iPhone
Thanks a lot, David, for the explanation! I've got to look for the apps first, cause – besides PS Express – i've got none of them.
Oh, and i know those trial and error parts very well. Sometimes i spend a lot of time on them. Only to realize after hours that i took my way into a dead end.
i'll try to recreate the steps as best as possible. there were many and i'm not sure i'll get it right, as there was a great deal of trial and error before i got what i was looking for.
– took the picture with plastiq camera (cinematiq lens and vintage velvet film, adjusted to take advantage of the sun's position)
– cropped, lightened the exposure and added a rectangle border using PS Express
– used iretouch lite to paint in several different hues. this was the trial and error part as i experimented with a lot of different colors to find the right mix between the reds and the blues
– added a second frame (scuffed, block party) from pic grunger.
– used iretouch (brighten with circle brush) lite again to highlight the sunlight in the middle of the pic.
for what it's worth, i probably missed a step somewhere, but i think that's a pretty good recreation of what i did….
Same here. Really original and stands out as a reult.
Great! This is one of those pics, where i would like to know how you've made it. In single steps please. :-)
