Cool things to watch while sheltering-in-place.
I’ve always felt that iphonism contains a strong undercurrent of Dada and Surrealist influence, naturally, organically, un-self-consciously, without even trying. Maybe that’s because it’s what I like. This is a fascinating documentary (I’ve only watched part of it so far, to tell the truth). Well written, great art, definitely a product of the seventies, the last decade before the money-fuckheads really took over and ramped up their war on us in earnest.
