I found the video below looking for a truly joyful version of “Ode To Joy” for Clint’s post. This one isn’t joyful, at least cinematically, but I love Wendy Carlos’s version with this fan club edit from the movie “Clockwork Orange.” It fits right in with the Bored Apes Nazi Club video.
And one last one I couldn’t resist. This is how he opened the show on the Ziggy tour in this country. I can still see the figures dashing about on stage under blinding strobe lights until the stage lights came up and the band broke into “Hang On To Yourself.”
“If you think we’re going to make it/You better hang on to yourself.” Good advice for everybody!
