Oh how I used to love Andrea’s work. In the early days of PIXELS, we had four artists from Barcelona, which I found most interesting. She was one of them. There was Juan, whose last name eludes me, and Elena, ditto, and one more person. The only other concentration of artists at the time was here in California.
I remember thinking that Andrea and Maia Panos and Jose Chavarry (both from California) were the Beatles, Stones, and Dylan of iphonism as 2011 came to a close. Sadly, they all quit making pictures eleven or twelve years ago.
Oh well, we’re still here, I’m happy to say.
